Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
These terms are an agreement between you and ProBuyBox, a sole proprietorship established in the United States (see section 10). By downloading, installing or using BuyBox ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These terms apply to all users worldwide.
2. License
Subject to your active subscription, BuyBox grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own real estate investment analysis. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Software.
3. Subscriptions & billing
BuyBox is offered as a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles billing, tax and invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Free trial
New users may activate a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the then-current rate. One trial per user.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software except as permitted by law, nor to use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
6. No financial advice
BuyBox is an analysis tool. Its calculations, estimates and verdicts are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Verify all figures independently before acting on them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free or that the Software will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including investment losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Who you are contracting with
The Software is provided by ProBuyBox, a sole proprietorship established in the United States. ProBuyBox is not a corporation or a limited liability company. Purchases are sold and invoiced by Paddle as merchant of record, so your receipt comes from Paddle and not from ProBuyBox; see section 3. Postal address: ProBuyBox, POBOX 940275 S.V. 93094.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Software, are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which ProBuyBox is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any claim must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. BuyBox is in pre-launch, and that state will be named here before general availability. If you live outside the United States, nothing in this section removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
