Run the installer and launch BuyBox. Windows SmartScreen may prompt on a newly released app, click "More info" then "Run anyway" if shown.

Set your buy box
In Settings, dial in your thresholds and default assumptions: DSCR floor, target cash-on-cash, rehab rates and regional multiplier.
