Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026
BuyBox is in pre-launch. This is our current, interim policy and may be refined before general availability; material changes will be posted here.

1. Free trial

Every new user gets a free trial. Full analysis for 7 days: 3 Deep Dives and 10 Quick Analyses, no card. The trial needs no card, and when it ends it simply ends: nothing is charged, and a paid subscription starts only if you choose to subscribe. We recommend evaluating BuyBox fully during the trial.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Paddle's billing portal, linked inside the app and in every receipt email. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

3. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We do not refund unused time, part of a billing period, unused analyses, or a change of mind, unless the law requires it.

4. Your rights under the law

If the consumer law where you live gives you a right to cancel a purchase and get your money back, that right applies and nothing in this policy limits it. For example, consumers in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract made online. Your legal rights if the service is faulty or not as described are also unaffected. Paddle, as the seller of record, handles these requests under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

5. How to use a legal right to cancel or get a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net. You can also email [email protected] from the email address on your purchase and we will pass your request to Paddle.

6. Annual plans and Pro Lifetime

The same rules apply to annual subscriptions and to the one-time Pro Lifetime purchase: no refund, except where the law requires one. If you cancel an annual subscription, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew.

7. Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels any subscription straight away and permanently removes your account and your analyses, so your access ends immediately, not at the end of the billing period. Deleting your account does not refund any payment, except where the law requires it. To keep access until the end of the period you paid for, cancel your subscription first and delete your account after the period ends.

8. Merchant of record

Paddle is the merchant of record for all BuyBox purchases and processes payments, taxes and any refund in accordance with its buyer terms.
